) A Tiens’ Client is a citizen, natural person and legal person within the confines of the legislation of the country in which they operate that have legal action capacity and was recommended by an other Tiens’ Client who purchased Tiens products, became acquainted with Tiens Statute and completed a Client’s Form.

Tiens’ Client status (title) is given after the Corporation’s confirmation and receiving ID number.

2) A Direct Client is a Client recommended by You

3) An Indirect Client is a Client not recommended by You but by Your Direct Clients and each Client in their Direct Network.

4) A Direct Line is a network of your Direct Clients

5) An Indirect Line is a group of your Indirect Clients

6) A Direct Network is a group of Clients which was organized after the recommendation of one of your Direct Clients ( a group of all their Clients)

7) Your Network is a group of All your Direct Networks

8) Personal purchases are purchases made by You on your ID number

9) Direct Purchases are a total sum of purchases made by You excluding your first purchase equal to $300 and purchases made by your Direct Clients whose value does not excess $300.

10) Indirect Purchases are the total sum of personal purchases made by your Direct Clients excluding their purchases which exceed $300 (excluding $300) and personal purchases made by your Indirect Clients.

11) Group Volume is a total sum of purchases for the current month excluding purchases made by those of your Clients who, according to the marketing plan, possess higher level than yours.

12) Accumulated Volume is a total sum of Direct and Indirect Purchases including total sum of your Personal Purchases which are no less than $300

13) Bonuses for Indirect Purchases for Clients with Honorary Titles including Honorary Director are calculated on the monthly basis and paid every three months.

14) Clients with levels above 4 are obliged to make stipulated volume purchases on the monthly basis in order to be entitled to receive bonuses in the current month i.e. : Clients of the Fourth Level are obliged to purchase products for the sum of $200, Clients of the Fifth Level and Clients with Honorary Titles are obliged to purchase products for the sum of $300

15) Clients’ Levels can only be upgraded not lowered

16) The volume of purchases made by Clients of various levels is included in the Marketing Plan before 25 th of each month and bonus payment is made before 25 th of next month.

17) Tianshi Coproration Ltd. holds exclusive rights to the Marketing Plan.
